WaterFalls

This Post is dedicated to waterfalls, Ratty from Michigan wrote me a comment yesterday saying she has never seen a waterfall, she does hikes in the area where she is at but in Michigan where she is at there are no waterfalls in the area. So this ones for you Ratty.

Water falling

I currently live in Alabama and there are not that many places around here where you can find waterfalls either. I lived in Florida for the past 4 years and never really liked Florida. People would ask me….”Why don’t you like Florida?” My number one reason was …..”its flat!” I was like give me some altitude, because when you get altitude you get so many other benefits. There are places for water to fall from, the air isnt so thick. And just the natural beauty that comes with altitude.

Now these three waterfalls are just a few of the waterfall pictures I have and they are all in Wyoming and Montana.  I can’t tell you the name of each of them but the first and last are in Yellowstone, viewable from the road. The center picture is a small type of waterfall that was encountered while hiking to Lava Lake in Montana.

WaterFalls

I tend to think that life is like water flowing .

You start at the top of a mountain.

And all along the path to the ocean-

You can venture into a number of creeks, rivers, etc.

There are bridges that cross.

And you can take any path you choose.

And life will continue to flow

You can just never go back upstream.

Just never burn your bridges

These are great! Wow, three different kinds! I really do love waterfalls. One day I’ll get my own picture of one, but probably not as good as these. Really cool. Thanks!

The first pic is of Rustic Falls in the Golden Gate area of Yellowstone near Swan Lake Flats. The third one is Gibbon Falls. If you would like to take some waterfall pics off my myspace for your page feel free my friend.
